At Wing & Bloom, every piece is created with care and intention. Because our memorials are personalized and made to order, the following refund policy is in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with Canadian consumer protection standards.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, businesses are not required to offer refunds on custom or personalized items unless the product is defective or not as described.

As such:

• All personalized memorials are final sale
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Refunds are not available once materials have been prepared or work has started

This includes pieces with:
• names
• dates
• photos
• ash inclusion
• custom messages

Digital Products

Digital items (including journals and downloads) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with Canadian digital goods policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your memorial arrives damaged or defective, you are protected under Canadian consumer law.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• clear photos of the damage
• your order number

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

• repair
• replacement
• partial or full refund (where applicable)

Incorrect Information

Wing & Bloom cannot be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or customs processing, as these are outside our control.
